ClubRight allows members to add or take a profile photograph as part of their membership profile.
Profile photographs are used solely to allow authorised Fraserburgh Fitness Centre staff and senior instructors to easily identify members and confirm that the correct person is using a membership, attending a class or accessing our facilities.
Profile photographs:
Are not used for advertising or marketing
Are not shared publicly
Are not made available for other members or customers to browse or view
Will not be shared with other people or organisations
Are only viewed where reasonably necessary by authorised staff and senior instructors
We treat profile photographs as part of your confidential membership record.
4. Children's information
Many of our martial arts and fitness activities are available to children and young people.
Where a child is registered through a parent or guardian's account, we may hold information relating to both the child and the responsible adult.

We use ClubRight as our membership management system.
ClubRight enables us to manage services including:

Personal information entered into the ClubRight app or Member Area is stored and processed through the ClubRight platform to provide these services to Fraserburgh Fitness Centre and its members.
We do not sell member information or provide ClubRight information to unrelated organisations for their own marketing purposes.
8. Bank details and Direct Debits
Fraserburgh Fitness Centre does not directly collect or store your bank account or Direct Debit details, Nor does ClubRight.
When you choose to set up a Direct Debit through our ClubRight system, you are directed through the secure payment process operated by London & Zurich, our Direct Debit payment processor.
Your bank details are entered directly into the payment processor's system rather than being provided directly to Fraserburgh Fitness Centre.
London & Zurich is a Bacs-approved Direct Debit processor and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for the provision of payment services. Their systems are designed to meet the security, regulatory and compliance requirements applying to UK Direct Debit processing.
Fraserburgh Fitness Centre may receive information confirming matters such as:
Whether a Direct Debit has been established
Payment amounts
Payment dates
Whether a payment has been successful or unsuccessful
Membership payment status
We do not receive your full bank account information through this process.
9. Payment records
Although we do not collect or store your bank account details, we keep appropriate records relating to payments made to Fraserburgh Fitness Centre.

The use of ClubRight and London & Zurich does not mean Fraserburgh Fitness Centre manually provides those organisations with copies of our membership database. Information necessary to use those services is processed through the relevant systems as part of providing the service.

CCTV recordings are only accessed where there is an appropriate reason to do so and are retained for an appropriate period.

13. Sunbed booking system
The only external booking website that members may be directed to from our ClubRight system is our separate sunbed booking system.
The same Fraserburgh Fitness Centre privacy principles contained within this Privacy Policy apply to information provided when using our sunbed booking service.
Information collected through the sunbed booking system will only be used for purposes relating to your booking, account, customer service, safety and the operation of Fraserburgh Fitness Centre.
